I'm Kenny, a Burnaby-based JD graduate and the person behind Fluxor.
My background is in law and business, not a traditional tech agency. That means when you work with me, you get someone who understands contracts, client communication, and accountability — not just code.
I started Fluxor because I kept seeing the same problem: great local businesses invisible online because they either had no website or one that hadn't been touched since 2012.

Do I own my website when it's done?
Yes — 100%. You own the domain, the code, and every file. If you ever want to move your site somewhere else, you can. There's no lock-in with Fluxor.
Will my website show up on Google?
We submit your site to Google Search Console on launch day and set up everything Google needs — sitemap, meta tags, and analytics. Most new sites appear in Google within 4–8 weeks. Local SEO results typically follow within 2–3 months.
I'm not tech-savvy — is this going to be confusing?
Not at all. You fill out a simple form, review a preview link, and we handle everything technical. We'll walk you through everything at handoff and you'll get a plain-English guide explaining how your site works.
What if I want to make changes after launch?
Every plan already includes 1 content refresh per month at no extra charge. Bigger changes, like adding new pages or a redesign, are quoted separately at a flat rate — no hourly billing surprises.
How much does it cost to keep my site running?
Your monthly plan covers everything: domain renewal, Cloudflare security and hosting fees, DNS maintenance, and uptime monitoring. There's no separate hosting bill to worry about — it's all bundled into your one monthly payment.
